Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SATTVA (the "Service"), operated by SATTVA AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This document is a starting template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it in production.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Credits are consumed by metered features (such as AI usage) and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable once consumed.

  • Prices and included credits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until resolved.
  • You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

  • Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate third-party terms;
  • Probe, scan, or circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls;
  • Resell or abuse metered features, or generate harmful or deceptive content;
  • Disrupt the Service or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding your content, is owned by SATTVA AI and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (such as payment obligations and limitations of liability).

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SATTVA AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes & contact
